Most of my programming is done in R, because of its statistical use and its commonplace use amongst academics in this field, but I also have experience in Python and MATLAB, having used Python for personal work and early research, and MATLAB during my undergraduate degree in Exeter.

My github username is dannyjameswilliams, which is where you can find all code that I make publicly available. The repository 'danielR' contains a collection of code which I have recently started saving. This only contains code I have written myself, and is currently only for R.
